Following fifteen years of training in the UK with multiple academic awards and specialist training in renowned eye centres, Dr Aristodemou has been offering specialist ophthalmic services in Limassol and Nicosia, since his return to Cyprus in 2011. He has an active research record at the University of Bristol and the IOL Power Club, with multiple publications on big data analysis and improving surgical outcomes.

Study on 490,876 operations
Improving refractive outcomes in cataract surgery
In collaboration with three colleagues from the UK, we are publishing the largest reported study on refractive outcomes of cataract surgery. Data was provided by the National Ophthalmology Database of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
